The Edibles Edit
Some yummy gummies in rotation
In the spirit of Dry January, when some people pause on alcohol, I wanted to shake things up with this week’s edit and share a roundup of the edibles I use and keep in rotation. Some are for sleep, some for calm, some for focus, and some for social nights when I want to unwind without drinking. Nothing insanely extreme (although there is a time and a place for that too). Just what’s been working for me:
For Calm & Stress
The High Confectionary Chill Out Gummies
Whitney Port can do no wrong. When I feel overstimulated, tense, or just need to take the edge off without feeling sleepy, this is what I reach for. They help me settle without changing my energy completely, which makes them great for afternoons or early evenings. Calm, relaxed, still very much myself.
HUM Ashwagandha Calm Gummies
These are for low-level, ongoing stress. Nothing dramatic, just a noticeable sense of calm that helps me feel more grounded.
For Sleep
Camino ‘Deep Sleep’ Gummies
This is my heavier sleep option for nights when my brain refuses to shut off. I don’t take it casually, but when I need it, it works.
LEMME Sleep Tight Gummies
A gentler sleep option for winding down. These are part of my regular evening routine when I want help relaxing but don’t need something strong.
For Energy & Focus
Drops Focused Energy Gummies
This is what I reach for when my brain feels scattered and I need to lock in without feeling wired. It helps me focus without the jittery edge that too much caffeine can bring.
Brain MD L-Theanine Gummies
These are great when I want calm focus. They take the edge off without making me sleepy, which makes them ideal for workdays when my brain is doing too much but I still need to be sharp.
For Social Settings
Alice Party Trick Chocolates
This is my “feel lighter but still fully present” option. More relaxed, less edge, very social. I like this for evenings when the day has been long but I’m not ready to fully power down.
Camino ‘Social’ Gummies
Perfect for early evenings or social situations where I want to unwind without feeling foggy. I like the low dose amount of THC + light CBD combo, which makes it feel more intentional.
For Body & Digestion
Lemme Debloat Gummies
I take these when my body feels off, especially after travel or long days. One of those products you don’t think about until you really need it.
Arrae Tone Gummies
This sits in my routine as a body support option. I like it when I want to feel more balanced without reaching for anything heavy.
For Daily Wellness
Grüns Comprehensive Daily Nutrition Gummies
These are about consistency. They make it easier to cover nutritional bases without overthinking it.
For Beauty (Hair, Skin, Nails)
Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies
These are very much a long-game product for me for my thinning hair. Easy, low effort, and part of my regular routine.
Grande Cosmetics Vegan Collagen Booster Gummies
Another staple. Less about instant results and more about ongoing support for hair, skin, and nails.
And that’s the full rotation! Nothing groundbreaking, just the edibles I actually use and reorder. As always, take what’s useful, skip what isn’t, and do your own research.
