Seasonal Shifts
On late summer, early fall, and everything that happens in the middle
Late summer has a certain stubbornness to it. The calendar might be whispering fall, but the days are still long, the air still heavy, and the sun refuses to back down. Mornings start out cool enough to make you wonder if it’s time for layers, but by afternoon you’re reaching for the same tank top you’ve been wearing since June. The kids are back in school, emails feel urgent again, yet the season itself lingers, unwilling to let go just yet.
